There are people who love cooking and the others are just fond of eating and don’t want to do anything with the preparation process. There can be a lot of reasons for not being tempted enough to try out new recipes but one of the most common is the fear of messing the whole dish. That’s why we have come up with 10 recipes which need only 2 major ingredients and are literally the simplest ones to cook:

Peanut Butter/Jelly Toast

Easy breezy toast, just take a slice of bread and layer it with either peanut butter or jelly jam and munch munch.

Bananas Eggs Pancakes

Mash one banana in a bowl and whisk two eggs in a separate bowl. If you don’t have a proper whisking instrument, a fork would do just fine. Once your bananas and eggs are properly mashed and whisked mix them together nicely. Leave no space for lumps. Heat up your pan and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil or butter. Take up the batter and pour it over your heated pan and spread it gently all over the pan. Wait for it to cook. You can add maple syrup on top of it if you have it other wise no problem your breakfast is pretty much ready!

Mashed Cauliflower

Mashed cauliflower could be a great replacement to mashed potatoes if you’re short of potatoes someday. You just need grate and mash them very finely and then cook it in butter. Your great snack is just a bite away.

Cucumber Sandwich

Cut a cucumber in round shape as it is. Spice up your regular yogurt with salt and chilli powder. Put the spiced yogurt between two slices of cucumber to make a yummy sandwich out of it. Have it as a munchie for your movie night or while you ‘netflix and chill’.

Roasted Potatoes

Slice up a potato and make sure they are dry. Put them in your oven separately don’t put it one over another. Wait for them to turn golden brown. Once they’re done baking sprinkle over your favourite herbs. Be it oregano or chilli flakes. Enjoy your potato snack!

Scrambled Eggs

You really don’t need anything in this but just eggs yet if you want a smooth consistency you can pour over 1-2 tablespoons of milk once your crack them in your pan. Keep on toasting them gently and nicely. Once they’re semi dry turn off the flame and top them up with your desired seasonings. And your super breakfast is ready!

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Take a slice of cheese and two slices of bread. Put the cheese slice between the bread and grill it nicely. Cheese if full of fats so if you’re on a keto diet then it’s 100% suggested to have it.

Sweet/Savory Oatmeal

Buy out a ready to make oatmeal packet and cook it as directed. Once it’s ready season it with your favourites like cayenne or paprika. It is super healthy. It could be your super light dinner. You can also make oatmeal breakfast by mixing it with milk of your choice and top it up with fresh fruits.

Mushroom Omelet

Fill up a small cup with diced mushrooms and put them in whisked eggs. Pour the mixture over pan and let it cook. Once it’s done season it up with chilli flakes and oregano. Yummy!

Beans On Toast

Grill up a toast and top it up with canned or baked beans. You can even layer up the toast with butter before you pour over the beans or even grate cheese after your pour the beans. A supremely yummy nutritious breakfast is ready to munch!
